GROUP WORKSHOPS & INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Family & systemic constellations — sometimes we live a story that didn't begin with us.
See the bigger picture. Recognise what keeps repeating.
Find your place.
Who are family and systemic constellations for?
Constellation work may be helpful if:
You notice similar relationships, conflicts or life situations
keep repeating.
You find it difficult to set boundaries or often take responsibility for others.
You understand what's happening, yet something keeps bringing you back to the same place.
You want to see relationships with your parents, partner, children or family differently.
You're facing an important decision or feeling stuck in your personal or professional life.
You want a clearer understanding of your place, needs and responsibilities in relationships that matter to you.

Why family and systemic constellations?
You may already know what keeps repeating. A constellation can offer a perspective that conversation and analysis alone haven't yet revealed.
Family and systemic constellations are an experiential approach in which relationships and important elements of a life situation are represented symbolically in space. Their positions, proximity, distance and interactions can help you look at the situation from a different perspective.
Constellation work can create space to:
Recognise recurring patterns.
Distinguish your responsibilities from those of others.
See relationships, boundaries and belonging more clearly.
Explore what may be keeping you in the same place.
Take your next step with greater clarity.
The family constellations approach was developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, who viewed the family as a system in which relationships, significant events, losses and unspoken stories may leave their mark on later generations.
The aim isn't to find someone to blame. It's to understand what belongs to you, what doesn't, and where you might choose a different response.

Why choose family and systemic constellations at KORA?
Sharing an important personal issue with others isn't always easy. That's why constellation work requires care, trust and respect for personal boundaries.
At KORA Centre, you don't have to share more than you feel comfortable with or explain every detail of your personal story. Together with the facilitator, you briefly define your topic, bringing into the process only what's relevant to the work.
The facilitator doesn't make decisions for you or tell you how to live. Their role is to guide the process, ask questions and help you explore what emerges.
Constellation work is facilitated by Marija Stefanovski and Sever Jurišin, each bringing a different professional perspective.
Marija Stefanovski is a constellations facilitator, educator and founder of KORA Centre. She received her first certification in systemic constellations through Bureau Land in the Netherlands and continued her education at ARKONA in Belgrade, following Bert Hellinger's approach. Her work combines a systemic perspective with over 15 years of experience in education and personal development.
Sever Jurišin is a Gestalt psychotherapist and constellations facilitator in the final stage of his family and systemic constellations training at ARKONA in Belgrade. His approach combines attentive listening, a holistic view of the person and experience working with relationships, life transitions and intergenerational patterns.
How does constellation work take place?
At KORA Centre, constellation work is available through in-person group workshops and individual sessions. Choose the format that feels right for you.
Group workshop
We begin by briefly defining the topic you'd like to explore. You don't need to share every detail or spend a long time explaining your story.
Participants are chosen to represent important people or elements of your topic and are positioned in the space. Their arrangement, distance and interactions may offer a different way of looking at the situation.
During a workshop, you can:
-
Explore your own topic.
-
Take part as a representative.
-
Observe other participants' work.
You choose how and to what extent you participate.
Individual session
If you'd prefer more privacy or feel more comfortable working one-to-one, constellations can also be explored in individual sessions.
Instead of representatives, the facilitator may use figures, floor markers, paper, chairs or other objects to represent important people and elements of your situation.
What can constellation work offer you?
Through the process, you may find space to:
1
Better understand the relationships that matter to you.

Take a next step that feels more aligned with who you are.

How participants experienced constellation work
Everyone arrives with a different topic, family story and life experience.
For some, constellation work offers a new perspective. For others, clearer boundaries or a different understanding of a relationship that has weighed on them for a long time.
We share experiences only with participants' explicit consent and with full respect for the confidentiality of the process.

As someone who has relied on rational thinking and an analytical approach for years, attending constellations with Marija and Sever was an experience that surprised me with its depth.
Through the process, I began to see relationships and patterns differently, while also noticing how much exists between people without a single word being spoken. I was particularly fascinated by how emotions, relationships and dynamics can be felt and recognised in ways that are difficult to explain through logic alone.
Their work is both gentle and powerful. Throughout the process, I felt safe and supported, even when we explored topics that weren't easy to talk about.
For someone like me, who is used to understanding things through analysis, it was valuable to have an experience that didn't require me to explain or rationalise everything straight away. Constellations gave me new insights, a different perspective on relationships and a sense of connection that's difficult to convey through theory.
For me, it's a space where we learn so much about ourselves, others and the strength of the relationships we build.
Jelena Petrović

I genuinely didn't expect the constellation experience to change how I looked at some important questions I'd been struggling with for a long time.
During the session, I gained insights I probably wouldn't have reached on my own, particularly about family relationships, my reactions and the way I experience certain situations. Things I'd previously tried to understand through thinking alone suddenly became visible from a completely different perspective.
What surprised me most was the change in how I felt afterwards. It was as though I'd managed to step back from old stories and ways of thinking, and look at certain situations from the outside for the first time — more calmly and clearly.
I also appreciated that nobody tried to tell me what I should think or feel. Marija and Sever guide the process with great care, leaving room for everyone to reach their own insights at their own pace.
For me, constellations were a deeply personal and valuable experience. They didn't give me ready-made answers to every question, but they opened up a completely new perspective and helped me begin to understand important parts of my life differently.
Tijana Cvijanović

It was my first time exploring my own constellation, and all I can say is — what a powerful experience!
I didn't know what to expect or how the process would unfold, but I felt safe from the very beginning. Sever guides the session exceptionally well and creates a supportive space, which mattered a great deal to me because deeply personal topics and emotions can emerge during the process.
What surprised me most was how much can be felt and recognised without lengthy explanations. At one point, you simply see something you may have known or felt for a long time, but never managed to look at in quite that way. That was the most powerful part for me.
I appreciated that nothing was imposed on me and that I had the freedom simply to be present and follow what was happening. I felt safe, supported and free to experience the process in my own way.
That first session definitely opened up many new questions and different ways of looking at things.
I can't wait for the next one!
