3. Informational nature of website content

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, clear and up to date.

However, website content does not constitute individual advice, a diagnosis, a therapeutic assessment, a guarantee of results or a substitute for direct consultation with an appropriately qualified professional.

The outcomes of training, coaching, psychotherapy, constellation work and development programmes depend on numerous individual circumstances.

KORA Centre does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, health-related, financial or business outcome.

4. Submitting enquiries and applications

Submitting a contact form or application does not automatically create a contract, reserve a place or confirm participation.

An application is confirmed only after KORA Centre has:

  • Checked whether the requirements for the relevant programme have been met.

  • Conducted an introductory conversation where necessary.

  • Issued written confirmation of the application

  • Provided relevant programme and payment information.

  • Where applicable, recorded payment or entered into a separate agreement or contract.

Users are expected to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

5. Requirements for individual programmes

Certain programmes may have specific requirements, including:

  • Previously completed training.

  • An introductory conversation.

  • A limited number of participants.

  • Mandatory attendance.

  • Practical assignments.

  • Assessment or certification.

  • Specific payment methods and deadlines.

Any special conditions stated on a programme page, in an offer, registration document or contract form part of the agreement with the participant.

Where general website information differs from an individually confirmed offer or contract, the document relating to the specific programme will apply, subject to the user's mandatory statutory rights.

6. Prices and payment terms

Prices, payment schedules and any available discounts are stated on the relevant programme page or in an offer provided by KORA Centre.

KORA Centre may change prices for future registrations. Price changes will not affect an already confirmed registration or concluded agreement unless expressly agreed otherwise with the participant.

Participants are required to make payments by the agreed deadlines and in accordance with the payment instructions provided.

7. Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, payment transfer and refund conditions may vary depending on the type and duration of the programme.

Specific conditions will be provided:

  • On the relevant programme page.

  • In the offer or registration confirmation.

  • In the contract or other document provided to the participant.

Where a particular programme includes a specific commercial guarantee, such as the option to request a refund after the first module, that guarantee applies only to that programme and under the conditions stated.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

The current Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia was published in 2026. Accordingly, the rules governing distance contracts and the right of withdrawal should also be aligned with the specific arrangements used for programme registration and payment.

8. Changes to schedules and programme delivery

KORA Centre may change the date, schedule, venue, format or facilitator of a programme where justified organisational, health, safety or other objective reasons arise.

Participants will be informed of significant changes within a reasonable period.

If a programme cannot take place, KORA Centre will offer an appropriate solution, such as a new date, an alternative programme, a transfer of payment or a refund of the appropriate amount, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Participant responsibilities

Programme participants agree to:

  • Respect other participants, facilitators and staff.

  • Avoid disrupting programme activities.

  • Refrain from offensive, discriminatory or threatening communication.

Specific confidentiality arrangements for psychotherapy, coaching and other individual processes may be established through a separate agreement or document.

11. Coaching, NLP and constellation work

NLP training, coaching and family and systemic constellations are educational or personal development approaches.

They do not constitute medical services or diagnosis and are not substitutes for psychiatric, psychological or other healthcare assistance when such support is needed.

12. Gestalt therapy and psychotherapy

Information about Gestalt therapy and psychotherapy on this website is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an individual assessment or recommendation.

Beginning psychotherapy depends on an introductory conversation, an assessment of whether working together is appropriate and an agreement between the client and psychotherapist.

Working arrangements, confidentiality, session frequency, fees, cancellations and other important matters are agreed directly with the psychotherapist.

This website is not intended to provide emergency psychological or medical assistance.

Participation in a programme does not automatically constitute consent to the public use of a person's image, voice, name or personal experience.

Specific photography and recording rules may be communicated before an event or established through separate consent arrangements.
